**Job Title:** Digital and Marketing Graphic Designer (12-Month Maternity Cover)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional to work on a variety of projects, develop their skills, and potentially transition into a permanent role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital, motion, video, CRM, and social media channels. They will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design Execution: Produce compelling, on-brand visuals for motion, film, digital ads, social, CRM, and activations.
  2. Creative Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions and create strong visual narratives that align with campaign goals.
  3. Brand Management & Copywriting: Enforce brand guidelines and tone of voice across all materials, write engaging copy for ads, emails, and digital touchpoints, and coach internal stakeholders on brand consistency and asset quality.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital or agency design environments.
  • Proven experience using AI tools to enhance or streamline creative output.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Experience working with Figma for collaborative design and prototyping.
  • Excellent creative ideation and storytelling ability.
  • Solid copywriting and tone-of-voice adaptability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and brand stewardship.
  • Effective time and project management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally.
