Site Operations Leader

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a large, state-of-the-art facility consisting of over 20 buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of contractors and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs
  • Deliver capital replacement projects from procurement to completion

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing medium-sized maintenance teams
  • Contract management, including development, review, and establishment of KPIs
  • Service Delivery, including project management and preventive maintenance
  • Attention to detail, with experience in contractor and vendor relationships, procurement procedures, and contract negotiations
  • Reporting to stakeholders
