Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our site. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead on-site operations: Coordinate daily activities, ensure smooth running of facilities, and manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in cGMP and cGDP environments.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets and drive operational efficiency.
  • Health and Safety: Take full responsibility for health and safety protocols and targets.
  • Team Development: Build, lead, and develop on-site teams, focusing on succession planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven track record in managing facilities in regulated environments.
  • cGMP and cGDP Expertise: Strong understanding of cGMP and cGDP principles and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Safety Expertise: Proven health and safety expertise.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
