Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Clerical Officer to join our team at Staffline Recruitment (Roi). As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and clients. This is a temporary opportunity, initially for three months, with the possibility of extension.

The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Offer comprehensive administrative assistance, encompassing data processing, record-keeping, and document organization.
  2. Respond to inquiries from various sources, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and reports.
  4. Collaborate with senior staff members to coordinate schedules, prepare correspondence, and facilitate office activities.
  5. Contribute to the creation of reports, meeting notes, and other official documents.
  6. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and data protection guidelines.
  7. Undertake additional tasks as necessary to sustain efficient office operations.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical position (public or private sector).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to function independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
