We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiting Staff member to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role- Maintain proficiency in current menu items and ensure knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
- Assist head wait staff in delivering outstanding customer experiences, responding promptly to queries, and ensuring all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Liaise with the kitchen team to coordinate efficient food delivery, providing timely and accurate information on menu items and wine pairings.
- Clear tables efficiently, setting the scene for a seamless dining experience by providing quality table settings and cutlery.
- Prepare and serve beverages at the bar, adhering to high standards of presentation and quality.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and strong communication skills when interacting with colleagues and customers.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Confidently handle pressure and deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet expectations.
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, conveying clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers.
