Senior PowerApps Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative technology solutions.

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps. You will work on business-critical applications, develop new solutions, optimize existing systems, and support end users with high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven).
  • Integrate PowerApps with external data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics, and third-party applications.
  • Build automation workflows with Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.
  • Develop and maintain PowerApps components, custom connectors, and UI enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and provide 3rd-level support for PowerApps and RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and security best practices across the Power Platform environment.
  • Maintain solution documentation (architecture, infrastructure, service desk runbooks).
  • Deliver training, guidance, and support to colleagues and end users on PowerApps and automation solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and recommend innovative improvements.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years' professional experience in applications development (intermediate level).
  • Level 8 qualification (or equivalent) with computing/computational modules.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven apps).
  • Proficiency in Power Automate (Flows & Desktop) for process automation.
  • Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of security models, user roles, and permissions within Power Platform.
  • Skills in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS for UI customization.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is an advantage.
