Application Design Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to design innovative solutions for global markets.

This role involves identifying new application opportunities, conceptualizing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design fastening solutions for new and existing customers
  • Develop or improve existing solutions as required
Sales Support Functions
  • Support sales activities with technical calls and visits
Quality Assurance and Testing
  • Coordinate testing for prototypes, pilot production, and final customer acceptance
Training and Technical Support
  • Provide technical support to customers and distributors
  • Conduct training with new and key distributors and customers

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with all business levels and supporting functions, as well as promoting Application Engineering offerings through travel and other means.
