Community Engagement Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate various engaging activities, including social outings, crafts, games, fitness programs.
  • Coordinate special events and celebrations for holidays, birthdays, and other milestones.
  • Promote resident participation in activities and encourage social interactions.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all residents during activities.
  • Communicate with the nursing staff, caregivers, and family members about the residents' participation and progress in activities.
