Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our project delivery team. This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

About the Role:

  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including labor hours and material costs, to drive project efficiency.
  • Manage resource allocation across multiple projects.
  • Identify and resolve project issues promptly to maintain momentum and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (required).
  • Formal project management certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a project management or project engineering role, preferably in the automation, manufacturing, or related technical industries.
