Job Title: Chief Procurement Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Procurement Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the procurement process, contributing to the success of our organisation by sourcing, purchasing and coordinating with suppliers to ensure a seamless process.

  • Sourcing and procurement strategies to secure best value for cost, quality and delivery terms;
  • Inventory management, including reorder processes for inventory stock;
  • Purchase orders, prepared and managed with accuracy and timeliness;
  • Negotiations with suppliers to secure best value for cost, quality and delivery terms;
  • Supplier performance monitoring and assist with supplier reviews;
  • Collaboration with internal teams (sales, service, warehouse) to align purchasing needs with business requirements;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 2–3 years in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Education: Qualification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, IIPMM) or currently studying towards one is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

A background in the hospitality industry is desirable. You should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as a team player with a positive attitude.
