Lead Financial Leadership: Strategic Position Available

About the Role:

A dynamic organization seeks a seasoned financial leader to assume the position of Senior Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of group financial management, ensuring robust reporting and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly management accounts across all companies and divisions
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports using advanced data analytics tools
  • Manage and mentor a finance team of four professionals
  • Partner with operations and sales teams on commercial decisions
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Manage working capital, including debtors and inventory valuation
  • Support ERP implementation and integration (Microsoft Business Central)
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in a senior finance position
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on approach
  • Proven leadership skills with passion for developing people and processes
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP implementation and Power BI is desirable
