We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers in the field of healthcare.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who can deliver high-quality service and maintain category management standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide product information and advice to customers, consulting with senior staff as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate stock control, including rotation, levels, and suppliers, as directed by management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, enhancing relationships with customers.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, being flexible and adaptable, and assist in all areas of operations as required.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, retail, or hospitality.
  • Cashier experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Discretion when handling customer queries and maintaining confidentiality of customer/patient information.
