Job Title: Dedicated Care Professionals

Our organization seeks passionate individuals to fill key roles in providing high-quality, resident-centered care. These talented professionals will work closely with our care teams to ensure each resident receives exceptional support and service.

Duties:
  • Deliver efficient and effective care to residents based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Promote a caring environment that supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents.
  • Establish strong relationships with residents, relatives, and visitors to provide comfort and support.
  • Maintain high standards of professional practice and adhere to policies.
  • Ensure accurate administration and custody of medications, adhering to agreed procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with HIQA standards and participate in inspection processes to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate admissions and discharge processes, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
  • Provide daily management support and receive extensive training from senior staff members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registration on the Irish live register (NMBI) with an active PIN.
  • Clinical experience in Gerontological Care or Residential Nursing Care.
  • Familiarity with HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.
  • Fluent English language skills and eligibility to work in Ireland.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively within a care team.
