About Our Team:

Purpose of the Role:

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to residents with intellectual disabilities/ABI/Autism.
  • Act as key worker for named residents where appropriate.
  • Support residents with daily plans, goals, and education.
  • Assist with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and family visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a qualification at Level 7 or above, registered as a Social Care Worker.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance practices and service provision.
  • Experience in residential, respite, or day services with persons with intellectual disabilities.
  • Knowledge of Person Centred Planning, clinical and human resource policies, and relevant legislation.
