Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals and ensuring that the highest level of customer service is delivered.

The successful candidate will have experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve their best.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering results.

About You
  • You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • You should be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.

About the Role
