Pharmaceutical Facility Building Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced building maintenance expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence and regulatory compliance of our facilities.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building systems management, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
- They will also have experience with CMMS software, project management tools, and data analysis techniques.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and developing cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 7-10 years of building maintenance experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device manufacturing environments
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams in regulated life sciences facilities
