Job Summary

The Senior Facilities Engineer will work with the site facilities team to ensure that the West Dublin facility is maintained to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Report to the facilities manager on a regular basis.
  2. Analyse and investigate general facilities/maintenance issues, preparing and compiling written reports for the facilities manager with solutions and recommendations.
  3. Ensure HVAC, compressors, chilled water and general site services are operating to the required standards.
  4. Assist with the installation and set-up of new production cells and services in conjunction with quality assurance.
  5. Work closely with the health, safety and environment (HSE) manager to identify and address all health, safety and environmental issues on the site.

Requirements:

  • A degree in facilities or mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience working within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of plant systems preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Proven experience in the qualification, operation and maintenance of cleanrooms.
