Job Title: Onsite Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Onsite Supervisor to oversee all general work activities on our construction sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications, scheduling and coordinating projects, and supervising teams.

  • Ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and to the required standard.
  • Health and Safety: ensuring adherence to safety protocols and requirements on site.
  • Site Security: logging in and out of all personnel and ensuring access control measures are in place.
  • Managing equipment and materials to optimize resources and minimize waste.
  • Liaising with QS and Purchasing to requisition materials and plant required for projects.
  • Providing regular updates to management on project progress and status.
  • Maintaining accurate records of site activities and uploading data to project management software.
  • Conducting site inspections and risk assessments to ensure works are carried out in line with approved method statements.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Valid Safe Pass certification.
  • Experience managing teams and large volumes of subcontractors.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • QEHS Management Skills and First Aid Training.
  • Knowledge of Current Technical Building Regulations and Construction Methods.
  • IT Literacy and Site Organisation Skills.
