We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team and help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:- Lead generation and prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and leads to understand their needs and preferences.
- Outbound communication: Proactively contact potential business clients via phone, email, or social platforms to introduce our offerings and understand their goals.
- Solution selling: Effectively articulate the value proposition of our products and services, addressing specific pain points or goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives and Marketing Teams, to ensure leads are nurtured and transitioned effectively into new business opportunities.
- Market analysis: Continuously learn and analyze trends within target industries and business types to refine your approach.
- CRM management: Maintain accurate and organized records of all activity in Salesforce or equivalent CRM system.
- A curious problem solver with a natural ability to build rapport and ask thoughtful questions to uncover opportunities.
- An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, who can distill complex solutions into clear, actionable insights for businesses.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in working with cross-functional teams and enjoys learning from colleagues.
- Highly results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and an excitement about exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Organized and detail-oriented to ensure follow-ups, prospecting, and CRM data are accurate and actionable.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, business development, or customer success (B2B experience a plus).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, fintech, subscription, or payment solutions is a strong bonus.
