Project Lead Pharma/Industrial Projects Specialist

About This Opportunity:
Lead the engineering delivery of pharma and industrial projects from conceptualization through to completion. Oversee project coordination, fit-out execution, and ensure alignment with client specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate design proposals for full compliance with regulatory frameworks like BCAR.
- Spearhead quality assurance initiatives throughout all project lifecycle phases.
- Act as primary liaison with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring transparent communication and strong working relationships.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to resolve technical challenges and foster continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharma or industrial projects, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor.
- Familiarity with BCAR, quality systems, and design & fit-out processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams.
