Electrical Estimator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Estimator to join our organization in the South West of Ireland.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tendering on various large-scale projects, including commercial, pharmaceutical, data centres, healthcare, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tendering on large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Managing the full tender process from start to finish.
  • Liaising with relevant parties to inform managers of bid prospects.
  • Attending pre- and post-tender interviews.
  • Assembling sub-contract quotes, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Attending internal and client meetings as required.
  • Completing take-offs from tender drawings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Trade background would be advantageous.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical projects is beneficial, demonstrating understanding of industry best practices and technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
