Job Overview

The position of Global Associate Director is a strategic leadership role that oversees marketing and sales procurement activities across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead category management and procurement initiatives for marketing and sales indirect spend.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies across various subcategories.
  • Build and develop a global team, providing training to direct reports.
  • Promote thought leadership in procurement activities within the global sourcing organization.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of progressive procurement experience, preferably in marketing and sales.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading high-performing teams of procurement professionals.
  • 4+ years of experience developing category strategies and knowledge of the marketing agency environment.

Results-driven individual with a proven track record of delivering value through cost and cash optimization. Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills are essential. Ability to creatively solve business problems effectively and efficiently, working independently.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • MBA preferred.
