Cloud Contact Centre Solutions Expert

The Cloud Contact Centre Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Cloud Contact Centre solutions. This includes advanced call flows, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Automatic Call Distributor (ACD), and agent workflows.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in contact centres and effective communication skills. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can collaborate with stakeholders and provide expert consultation and support to business units and IT management.

- Previous experience in contact centres
- Effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
- A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience
