Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team as an AVP.

This role will involve monitoring financial projects from inception through completion, ensuring that every aspect - from budgeting to documentation - meets high standards of accuracy and transparency.

The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with technology delivery managers, engaging with IT heads, and facilitating project forums.

You will be responsible for gathering, reviewing, and presenting monthly status reports, monitoring financial projects across budgets, and reviewing and validating key project documents.

In addition, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and increase PMO efficiency.

You will use ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint extensively to manage reporting requirements while seeking ways to improve current toolsets for greater effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technology delivery managers to gather, review, and present monthly status reports.
  • Monitor financial projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Engage with IT heads to ensure statements of work are accurately reflected in forecasts.
  • Facilitate weekly project forums where you will present project initiations, review demand requests, validate charters, and ensure resource allocation aligns with financial considerations.
  • Review and validate key project documents.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase overall efficiency.
