Seasonal Christmas Team Member

We are seeking a warm and engaging individual to join our team of seasonal Christmas helpers. As a key member of our festive team, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable memories for our visitors.

About the Role:
  • Greet families with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support Santa in his interactions with children, spreading joy and festive cheer throughout the castle
  • Tell stories, encourage festive fun, and help keep the Christmas spirit alive
  • Assist with crowd and queue management when needed, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors
  • Stay in character at all times, maintaining a high standard of costume presentation and adding to the magical atmosphere
  • Provide excellent customer service, exceeding expectations and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile
About You:
  • You are a warm, friendly, and confident individual who engages effortlessly with children and families
  • You are reliable, flexible, and able to bring calm to a busy, festive environment
  • You are comfortable performing in character and embracing the magic of the season
  • You are a strong communicator, with patience and a genuine love for working with people

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating unforgettable memories for our visitors. If you have previous experience in performance, customer service, or events, that's a bonus However, what matters most is your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to spreading joy and festive cheer.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or performance is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for Christmas and a desire to create magical memories for our visitors
