Be part of creating magical memories for families this Christmas by joining our team as a festive season helper.

As one of Santa's helpers, you will welcome families and visitors with warmth and festive cheer, assist Santa in creating a magical experience for children, and help with storytelling, games, and interactive activities.

Responsibilities include maintaining costume standards, staying in character throughout shifts, and providing excellent customer service to contribute to the smooth running of the event.

">Requirements:">
  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident when engaging with children and families">
  • Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working in a busy environment">
  • Able to bring energy, positivity, and Christmas spirit to every interaction">
  • Happy to wear a costume and embrace a character role">
  • Previous experience in performance, customer service, or events is desirable but not essential">
