Remote Customer Support Expert

As a customer support professional, you will be working with our customers to ensure their success. This role involves using your product knowledge and support experience to create exceptional customer experiences that not only resolve issues but also advocate for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email
- Guide customers through the process of getting started with our platform, including website setup and design options
- Meet performance targets across Quality, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on new product features and improvements related to the platform
- Identify isolated customer experiences and escalate important issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a similar role
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Expertise in written communication and error detection
- Familiarity with the Squarespace platform
- Able to work a standard 40-hour work week, including weekends and holidays
