About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio, with experience in various sectors. As a successful Part Qualified Accountant, you will work closely with seniors, managers, and partners to strategize and execute both audit and non-audit projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with senior team members to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple industries, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for clients.
  • Ensure all audit and non-audit documentation is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Create personal and corporate tax calculations, and submit returns as required.
  • Delegate tasks and assist in the training of junior team members.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct research and provide technical support to clients as needed.
  • Pursue occasional projects as required, working collaboratively with managers and partners.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA, and at least 2 years of experience in managing a client portfolio within SMEs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a thorough understanding of fundamental accounting and tax principles.
  • Proficiency in using Sage Accounts Production, Relate Accounts Production, Surf Accounts Production, and ROS.
