Corporate Loan Servicing Specialist

In this role, you will work closely with our team in Dublin to analyze business requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business users to understand their needs and define project scope statements.
  • IDentify key stakeholders and conduct stakeholder analysis.
  • Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches.
  • Participate in client requirement workshops and identify gaps together with high-level proposals for their resolution.
  • Analyze client business requirements and create comprehensive business process documents.
  • Collaborate with the Design and Development team to ensure requirements are properly addressed.
  • Make recommendations that enhance operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and provide a better customer experience.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in Lending domain and core banking systems.
  • Experience implementing Temenos Core Banking System is an added advantage.
  • Effective design thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to document business cases, business process modeling, and requirement elicitation through workshops.
  • Project management expertise from inception through design to delivery.
  • Solid grounding in technology with IT background.
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Pro-active, quick learner, able to effectively work in multicultural and multinational teams.
