We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Professional to join our team in Limerick. As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our organization.
The Job:This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in HR and administration to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing and resolving HR queries from staff, coordinating training activities, updating employee files, implementing new HR processes, issuing supplier PO's, diary and travel management, assisting on compliance audits and supporting senior colleagues on their departmental needs.
- Hold a 3rd level degree qualification, preferably with a focus on HR or a related field.
- Possess 2-3+ years' experience gained in a HR focused administration role, ideally within the manufacturing or engineering sectors.
