Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's overall financial health.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed financial records using QuickBooks Online accounting system.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including credit control, to ensure timely collections.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including setting up supplier accounts, processing company expenses and vendor payments, and reconciling the same on QuickBooks Online.

The ideal candidate will have a background in accounts administration or bookkeeping, with experience using accounting software (preferably QuickBooks Online). You will also need to verify, post, allocate, and reconcile financial transactions to ensure our accounts are up to date.
