Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Professional to lead our IT team's hybrid infrastructure strategy. This role is ideal for an expert in managing complex cloud-based systems, delivering high-level technical support, and leading on strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our hybrid IT environment, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises Windows Servers.
  • Managing and maintaining Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, and other Azure services.
  • Developing and enforcing robust IT policies and best practices, particularly around cloud governance, security, and compliance.
  • Leading projects related to cloud migrations, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements, ensuring seamless execution and minimal downtime.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to cybersecurity standards, applying updates, and proactively addressing vulnerabilities to maintain system integrity.
  • Maintaining identity and access management systems using Azure AD, Group Policy, MFA, and conditional access, guaranteeing secure access and authorization.
  • Providing expert third-line technical support, resolving complex issues, and performing root cause analysis to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior IT staff and support technicians, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Monitoring system performance and availability, implementing improvements as needed to ensure optimal system functioning.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for system architecture, configurations, and processes, facilitating efficient knowledge sharing and collaboration.
