At Acha, we're on a mission to make world-class data security effortless. Our customers range from small startups building their first product to the largest financial and healthcare institutions in the world.

Our team is looking for engineers who are generalists and comfortable shipping across our stack. You'll work with a wide variety of technologies and systems, designing and implementing systems for encrypting and decrypting data at 10's of thousands of requests per second.

You may be a fit for this role if you enjoy building distributed systems in payments/fintech, have 5+ years experience in software development, and have worked on or would like to work on a product that offers tooling or APIs consumed and loved by developers.

Some examples of things you might work on include developing products to allow multi-PSP payments orchestration, using GenAI to automate complex manual compliance tasks, developing custom serverless runtimes for Python, leveraging Confidential Computing to build the most secure systems in the cloud, and working with low-level networking primitives to create high-throughput forward and reverse proxies.

Becoming deeply involved in the product development lifecycle, talking to users, and creating features that best support developers who use our platform is also key to success in this role.
