Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure activities align with resident care plans.
  • Maintain awareness of health, safety, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Foster an inclusive environment by encouraging resident participation and social interaction.
Requirements:
  • FETAC Level 5 or equivalent qualification in a related field
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HIQA Standards and best practices in care provision

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
