Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in driving business success by providing strategic guidance and support to leaders and employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop close working relationships with stakeholders to ensure compliance with HR policies and practices.
  • Design and implement training programs for leaders and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide guidance on performance management tools and techniques to drive employee performance and align individual goals.
  • Support the HR function for 400+ employees across entities in both the Shannon and Dublin region.
  • Contribute to achieving annual strategic goals by providing reports on all areas of HR, Payroll, and Learning and Development.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work confidentially.
  • CIPD qualification and degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in a Human Resource function.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, diplomatic, and negotiating skills.
