Key Responsibilities
  • Design and structure corporate projects based on client needs
  • Advise on company law implications and compliance requirements
  • Interpret reorganisation plans prepared by external advisers
  • Project manage reorganisations end-to-end, including legal step plans and cross-team coordination
  • Advise on company law topics including shareholder/board matters, capital maintenance, financial assistance, and director transactions
  • Work with clients to design and implement effective corporate governance frameworks

The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' corporate experience, ideally in a top or mid-tier firm
  • Strong drafting skills and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice
  • High level of commercial awareness and in-depth technical knowledge
  • Excellent transaction or project management skills
  • Strong understanding of legal systems, tools, and digital platforms
  • Diligent, collaborative, and solution-focused
