Leisure Club Attendant & Life Guard

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for all members
  • Ensure efficient club operations during opening hours
  • Collaborate with the Club Manager on marketing and upselling initiatives
  • Perform routine cleaning duties
  • Process membership enquiries and finalize sales with customers

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Valid poll/lifeguard certification and First Aid training are mandatory
  • National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) Level 2 or equivalent is also required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate a desire for professional growth
