Job Overview

The Team Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our residential Centre, collaborating closely with the Centre Management Team to ensure seamless management and care delivery. They will be responsible for promoting a respectful, non-discriminatory culture within the organization, fostering open communication between staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager and Deputy Manager to create a safe, caring environment for young people and staff.
  • Develop professional relationships with staff, young people, and their families while providing frontline care.
  • Assist in overseeing centre operations according to national standards and legislation.
  • Lead the therapeutic approach, coordinating appointments, and maintaining files according to standards.
  • Liaise with professionals regarding care plans, referrals, and inspections, facilitating key working and reporting progress/issues to the manager.
  • Act in the absence of the Deputy Manager/Manager for periods exceeding one week, upholding confidentiality in staff discussions.
  • Participate in meetings with outside professionals to promote the organisation's values.
