This role involves ensuring the quality and safety of online content by investigating reported issues, enforcing community standards, and providing insights to improve user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues: including account support requests and potentially abusive content.
  • Enforce community standards: monitor and address reports of abuse, staying up-to-date on products and community guidelines.
  • Leverage market-specific knowledge: propose scalable solutions for community support and analyse data to identify trends and improve user experiences.
  • Evaluate and escalate issues: outside company policy to global teams when necessary, identifying inefficiencies in workflows and recommending improvements.

Language Requirements
  • Fluency in one of the following languages: Arabic (Iraqi), Dutch, German, Hebrew, Indonesian, Lithuanian, Russian, or Slovenian (oral and written).
  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
Working Details

Type: Full-time, permanent

Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford (on-site only; remote work is not available)

Working Hours: Choose between:
Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Monday to Friday (occasional weekends/bank holidays)
