Online Content Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled German Legal Online Operations Analyst to join our Dublin hub. As part of our rapidly growing multilingual team, you will review, analyze and take action on reported online content that may violate the law.
Key Responsibilities:- Process incoming privacy requests through online tools;
- Evaluate the validity of each request;
- Continually educate employees about changes to policies and protocols;
- Address complex privacy cases and regulatory inquiries;
- Maintain a high level of quality and achieve weekly productivity deliverables;
- Collaborate with colleagues on a range of projects to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness.
- A graduate degree or law degree is preferred but not essential;
- Fluency in English and German is required;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, organize and manage time efficiently;
- Capacity to visualize, articulate, conceptualize and solve problems;
- Make informed decisions to deliver high-quality results while paying close attention to detail;
- Must be able to review content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain sensitive and explicit material.
