Sustainability and Environmental Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and Environmental Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Circular Economy and Environmental team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects across waste management, energy recovery, environmental infrastructure, and sustainable resource solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in civil or environmental engineering and at least 4/5 years of relevant experience. Based in North Dublin, this position offers long-term career progression opportunities, including the potential to move into a senior technical leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design work and CAD documentation alongside project engineers and technicians.
  • Attend and participate in site and client meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with our Quality Assurance and Health & Safety Management Systems.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate deliverables with other internal departments and external consultants.
Essential Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4/5 years' post-graduate professional experience.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable Experience:
  • Design experience related to anaerobic digestion facilities, waste infrastructure, or public realm projects.
  • Previous involvement in solid waste, bio-waste, or sludge management projects.
