Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting talent attraction and acquisition data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to Talent Acquisition leaders and stakeholders.
  • Establishing a strong data-driven recruitment workforce steering optimizing resource allocation and capacity planning in line with volume development.
  • Monitoring key Talent Acquisition metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, candidate experience) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our recruitment strategy and make a meaningful impact on our business.
