The Role
- Assist the store manager in overseeing all daily activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Mentor and oversee store employees in accordance with the Store Manager's instructions.
- Assume full responsibility for all store operations when the store manager is not present.
- Support the store manager in merchandising, customer service, and human resources.
- Arrange and report on daily operations.
- Assist in hiring, training, and managing staff.
- Schedule staff, evaluate performance, and implement disciplinary measures.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels by monitoring stock.
- Contribute to recruitment and sales strategies.
- Review and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and explain business trends to upper management.

- Keep the store neat, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Address customer issues and complaints promptly.
- Support clients and provide troubleshooting when needed.
- Respond to emails and calls related to the store.
- Owning your store's sales targets and help achieve them.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by upper management.
