Sustainable Infrastructure Development Lead

This role is responsible for establishing and implementing sustainable practices within a nationally significant infrastructure project.
The Senior Sustainability Manager will work cross-functionally to capture market-leading sustainable solutions throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that corporate and client sustainability targets are met.
A key responsibility of this role is to design and implement a performance measurement framework, utilizing global benchmarks to establish sustainability performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and lead a sustainability function within the project
- Capture sustainable solutions through collaboration with contractors and consultants
- Design and implement a performance measurement framework using global benchmarks
- Support client-facing consultancy services on climate change and sustainability activities
- Proactively support corporate sustainability ambitions
Additional responsibilities include managing sustainability reporting, championing sustainability innovation, and ensuring project teams meet corporate and client sustainability targets.
