As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of our Service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and implementing operational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to residents and manage staff effectively.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership through supervision, performance appraisals, and regular team meetings.
  • Coordinate appointments in liaison with the multi-disciplinary team.
Role Requirements
  • A degree in social care or a related field at Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications.
  • Minimum of three years experience in a management or supervisory role in the health or social care sector.
  • Hold an appropriate qualification in health or social care management at Level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications.
