Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to spearhead the development of our decision operations applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing development team and driving the delivery of scalable, reliable, and secure applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Java, SQL, Linux, and Spring Framework, as well as experience working with highly scalable and performant systems. Additionally, they should have expertise in unit testing and familiarity with mocking frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical leadership skills, including the ability to plan, design, and develop technical solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering results with available resources
  • A strong technical vision and roadmap that can be effectively communicated to stakeholders
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong programming skills with a deep understanding of Java, SQL, Linux, and Spring Framework
