Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level professional to oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent AV and broadcast integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and to technical standards.
  • Provide senior-level guidance to project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Directly manage high-value and complex projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, coordination, and client communication.
  • Act as primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Represent the company in senior-level project meetings, design workshops, and executive briefings.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance tracking, and professional development.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of project management experience in AV, broadcast, or technology integration sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently across various phases and geographic locations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing project budgets in excess of €1M.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and a proven track record managing senior stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Quality Management System Responsibilities:
  • Comply with Company's Quality Management System requirements.
  • Ensure that the needs and requirements of company's internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.
  • Help develop and improve the company's internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates and improvement ideas.
