Sought after legal professionals will have the opportunity to work on a challenging and dynamic role within our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading in the development of our Flexible Services offering locally.

Key aspects of this position include building a candidate pool in Ireland, identifying opportunities to promote our Flexible Services offering, liaising with clients and candidates to match them to assignments, undertaking assignment briefs and debriefs, and implementing strategic resourcing plans.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a law firm or alternative legal service provider, legal recruitment and/or business development experience, and an understanding and interest in alternative legal services and delivery models.
