We are seeking an experienced Global Digital Workplace Practice Manager to join our team. As a senior leader, you'll be responsible for driving our global digital workplace strategy, working closely with clients across various industry sectors.

You will lead a multi-disciplined team to deliver large-scale IT modernisation programmes, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global digital workplace strategies for clients across various industry sectors.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale IT modernisation programmes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years' experience leading and growing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrable experience operating in a client-facing capacity within Professional Services/Consulting environment.
  • Significant stakeholder management experience.
  • 4+ years' experience in Digital Workplace technologies including the Microsoft suite, with relevant certification desirable.
  • Business Development experience, leading bid proposals and managing sales targets.
