Job Title: Human Resources Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as a HR Manager, overseeing and enhancing recruitment and selection processes for hotel staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of recruitment and selection processes for hotel staff, from initial application to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing recruitment strategies to improve candidate quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to maximize employee potential and performance.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to provide strategic HR insights and support decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with hotel staff and management.
  • Able to drive business growth through innovative HR strategies and solutions.
  • Familiarity with Dalata Academy programs and courses is a plus.
